Son objectif est de devenir dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es un acteur clef de l\u2019industrie viti-vinivole, en occupant une place d\u2019expert, tout en rendant le monde du vin accessible au plus grand nombre, dans le contexte du r\u00e9chauffement climatique. Pour r\u00e9aliser cette ambition, nous nous appuyons sur 5 piliers. <strong>L\u2019innovation,<\/strong>\u00e0 travers une veille quotidienne des acteurs de\nl\u2019industrie sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. <strong>La transmission,<\/strong>\u00e0 travers l\u2019enseignement de l\u2019\u0153nologie dans quelques unes des plus grandes \u00e9coles fran\u00e7aises. <strong>La collaboration,<\/strong>\u00e0 travers des partenariats de renom comme les Caves Legrand ou les Chais de France. <strong>Investissement<\/strong>\u00e0 travers l\u2019acquisition de flacons prestigieux, de mill\u00e9simes rares, ou de vignerons en pleine ascension. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, il en devient le coach de d\u00e9gustation, et emm\u00e8ne son \u00e9quipe en finale de la Left Bank Bordeaux Cup, une comp\u00e9tition internationale de d\u00e9gustation \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle, au Ch\u00e2teau Lafite Rothschild en 2018. A 25 ans, apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu un Master en Finance \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un \u00e9change \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 Luigi Bocconi de Milan, il s\u2019installe en Californie pour le compte de Mo\u00ebt Hennessy. Il y d\u00e9couvre l\u2019industrie du vin dans la Napa Valley, obtient le WSET3 et se confronte \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des feux.
